Snickers has introduced a new version of its famous chocolate bar, featuring a pecan flavor that many reviewers are calling a “game changer.” To highlight this new release, the brand is also offering a limited-edition metallic gold flatware set designed specifically for enjoying the Snickers Pecan bar.
Unlike a fictional gimmick, these gold-toned flatware sets are real and highly collectible, much like the famous golden tickets from classic stories. According to Snickers, the flatware was created to complement the rich combination of caramel, nougat, milk chocolate, and buttery pecan flavors in the new bar, providing an “elevated experience” for fans.
However, getting the gold flatware requires some luck. Fans have limited opportunities to purchase the sets through several drop events scheduled over the coming days. Those interested in dining on their Snickers bars—whether original, pecan, or almond—using the collectible gold flatware and matching plates should sign up for email alerts to receive advance notices about the drops.
The first chance to buy the gold flatware opened at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time on June 17 via the official Snickers website. Priced at $1.99—roughly the cost of one Snickers bar—two additional drops will follow before the promotion ends on June 25.
