Fruit Riot has launched a new limited-edition flavor that promises to challenge even the boldest sour candy fans. The frozen fruit snack brand announced its collaboration with WarHeads earlier this week, introducing WarHeads Extreme Sour Watermelon Blast Grapes.
The company described the new product as a treat designed for “serious sour lovers” only. This special release combines Fruit Riot’s signature frozen grapes with WarHeads’ intense sour coating, creating a mouth-puckering experience for fans who crave extreme flavors.
The product has already started appearing on shelves at select retailers. One food blogger, known as KDSnackFinds, shared a photo of the new release along with other recent grocery finds. The post quickly gained attention, with followers expressing their excitement.
“Omg,” one user commented in disbelief.
“I gotta try the Fruit Riot….” another fan declared.
“They’re so good!!” a third exclaimed.
“Took my screenshots for my shopping trip lol,” added another shopper.
According to Fruit Riot’s official product locator, the WarHeads Extreme Sour Watermelon Blast Grapes are available at select Walmart stores across the United States. However, supplies are limited. The company stated the new flavor will only be available for the current season, or while stocks last.
Fruit Riot Expands with New Non-Sour Collaboration
Before releasing its super sour collaboration, Fruit Riot introduced another limited-time offering. The company teamed up with Olipop to create Frozen Cola Cherries. This product features frozen cherries coated with an Olipop-inspired crunch candy shell, marking Fruit Riot’s first non-sour snack option.
Fruit Riot described the Cola Cherries as “the most iconic duo yet”. This limited-edition flavor is now available at participating Whole Foods Market locations throughout the summer.
With these exciting collaborations, Fruit Riot continues to expand its product lineup, offering fans both extreme sour sensations and sweeter alternatives.
