Starbucks is rolling out a new cold foam flavor this week as part of its early summer menu. The new Brown Sugar Cream cold foam is a rich, silky topping with a caramel-like sweetness, made with Brown Sugar syrup. It’s designed to complement drinks like Cold Brew, Iced Chai, and Iced Flat White.
This new flavor joins the brand’s seasonal cold foam options, which already include Lavender, Matcha, and Cherry Cream flavors. The Brown Sugar Cream cold foam is reminiscent of the popular Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso and Brown Sugar Oatmilk Cortado.
To encourage customers to try it, Starbucks is offering a special promotion. From May 7 to May 11, Starbucks Rewards members in the U.S. and Canada can add cold foam to any drink for free. Customers can claim the offer by using the coupon in the Starbucks app or by notifying the barista when ordering at participating locations.
For those concerned about the sweetness, Starbucks is also offering a variety of other cold foam flavors, such as Salted Caramel and Chocolate, as part of its “Cold Foam Days” promotion.
