Four famous Chinese material recipes:

【Know the treasure from the mountain】
Raw materials: 30 grams of cashew nuts and walnuts; diced carrots, diced celery, sweet corn kernels, fresh lily, 1/5 tsp of salt; Dazhang soybean skin

Practice:
1. Heat domestic cold oil, add cashew nuts and stir-fry until golden brown, let cool for later use.
2. Pour the oil left over from deep-fried cashew nuts into ingredient B again, add a little salt to taste, stir-fry for a while and then take it out of the pan.
3. Pour into a plate and mix well with the cooled nuts.
4. Put the bean skin into the bowl first, then pour in the fruits and vegetables, etc., and tie the mouth of the egg skin tightly with a piece of blanched leek.
5. Put the bowl upside down on the plate, and cut the cross with a knife to complete.

【Five colors wishful】
Ingredients: soybean sprouts (250g), black fungus (1 small handful), celery (4 sticks), shiitake mushrooms (4), carrots (1 small root), salt, sesame oil, soy sauce, and sugar

Practice:
1. Soak shiitake mushrooms and black fungus in advance and cut them into small strips, wash and shred carrots, wash and cut celery into sections, remove roots of soybean sprouts, wash and drain, and set aside.
2. Put 1 tablespoon of oil in the pot and heat it up.
3. Stir-fry the soybean sprouts until slightly soft, put a little salt and set aside.
4. Put another 1 tablespoon of oil in the pot and fry the carrots. After frying for a while, add the mushrooms and black fungus and continue to stir fry. Add a little water, soy sauce, sugar and salt to taste.
5. Finally, put in the soybean sprouts and celery, stir well over high heat, turn off the heat, and add a little sesame oil to enhance the aroma.

【Strawberry Yam】
Ingredients: yam, strawberry jam

Practice:
1. After the yam is peeled and washed, steam it in a pot until it is cooked.
2. Drain the steamed yam, crush it into a puree, mix well after seasoning, and make it into the shape you like.
3. Use a fork to lightly draw stripes on the top, top with strawberry jam and mint for decoration.

【Cabbage Bergamot】
Ingredients: 12 slices of Chinese cabbage, mushroom head (1 bowl), water chestnut (1 bowl), vegetarian mince (1 bowl), soy sauce (1 tablespoon), sugar (1/3 tablespoon), pepper (a little), sweet potato powder (1 tbsp), sesame oil (1 tsp), seasoning: vegetable broth (3 bowls), salt (1/2 tbsp), winter vegetables (1 tsp), starch water (1/2 bowl), sesame oil (1 tsp)

Practice:
1. Blanch the Chinese cabbage in boiling water first, remove the leaves, and cut into thin slices with five knives in the middle.
2. Chop up ingredient A and squeeze out the water.
3. Heat oil in a pan, pour in ingredients A and sauté until fragrant, then add ingredients B and stir well, set aside to cool, wrap in Chinese cabbage, roll up into a bergamot shape, steam on a steamer for about 10 minutes, take out.
4. Bring the seasonings to a boil, thicken the sauce and pour over the cabbage.
5. Serve this dish on a banquet, make 12 sticks, arrange them on a large plate, and pour the juice on it.
