Starting Monday, May 19, stores nationwide will begin offering a Cookies ‘N Cream Classic, Cookies ‘N Cream Brookie, and a Cookies ‘N Cream ‘Wich, while supplies last.
The returning Cookies ‘N Cream Classic cookie features the brand’s signature dough loaded with chocolate sandwich cookie pieces and Hershey’s Premier White Chips. This flavor has long been a customer favorite, and now it’s inspiring new additions to the bakery’s menu.
The Cookies ‘N Cream Brookie combines the crunchy and gooey cookie with a rich, fudgy brownie base, offering a unique twist for fans of both desserts.
Also launching is the Cookies ‘N Cream ‘Wich, an ice cream sandwich made with any choice of vanilla, chocolate, or cookies ‘n cream ice cream, layered between two of the classic Cookies ‘N Cream cookies.
These items will be available only for a limited time, and once they’re gone, they won’t return until the next seasonal revival. Fans are encouraged to visit their local Insomnia Cookies bakery early to grab these special treats while they last.
