10 Dessert Recipes That Are Quick and Easy

As a novice, it is a bit difficult to learn how to bake from the beginning, but don’t worry too much. As long as you carefully prepare the required materials and follow the recipe step by step, baking is actually very simple. Today, I will introduce to you 10 simple and delicious snacks to make, let’s learn together!

Cranberry Cookies

Cranberry biscuits are mainly made of low-gluten flour, ghee, eggs, dried cranberries and other raw materials. Dried cranberries are rich in vitamin C, which makes skin beautiful and healthy. The biscuits are crisp, delicious and full of aroma.

Materials:

Yaster Ghee 175g
80g powdered sugar
1 egg
Low gluten flour 250g
Cranberry 70g

Make:

1. Pour the softened ghee and powdered sugar into a mixing bowl and stir evenly at slow speed.
2. Change to fast whipping until the color is milky white. Add the eggs at medium speed and mix evenly;
3. Add flour and cranberries into the mixing bowl and mix evenly at slow speed;
4. Shape the prepared dough into a long strip.
5. Wrap in plastic wrap and freeze for 30 minutes until thin slices can be cut;
6. Place them in the baking pan with a certain distance;
7. Set the oven to 175 degrees and bake for about 20 minutes.

Tips:

① If the oil and sugar are not beaten enough, the batter will be hard and the snack will not taste good; if the oil and sugar are over-beaten, the biscuits will be rough, not smooth and easily broken;

②After the eggs are added, if the eggs are not stirred sufficiently, the batter will be uneven and have particles, and the baked biscuits will be uneven in color.

Margarita Cookies

Margaret has a rather long scientific name: Miss Margaret who lived in Stresa, Italy. It is said that a pastry chef fell in love with a young lady, so he made this dessert and took the lady’s name as the name of this French dessert. Margarita is super easy to make. It does not use a lot of tools or special materials. It has a simple and plain appearance, but the taste is crispy and delicious.

Materials:

Low gluten flour 200g
Corn starch 200g
Yaster Ghee 180g
100g powdered sugar
4 boiled egg yolks
Appropriate amount of salt

Make:

1. First mix and sift the flour and cook the eggs;
2. Pour the ghee and powdered sugar into the mixing barrel and mix evenly at slow speed, about 3 minutes;
3. Change to fast speed and beat until milky white. Crush the egg yolks and sift into the ghee paste. Mix evenly at slow speed;
4. Add the sifted powder;
5. Mix well, make dough, seal with plastic wrap, and freeze for half an hour;
6. Divide the relaxed dough into small portions, knead it into a round ball, put it into the baking pan, and use your thumb to gently press it into the pancake. It is normal for cracks to appear when pressing, as long as the cookie does not fall apart. ;
7. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 15 minutes.
8. The color is light yellow and it can be baked.

Tips:

The oil and sugar must be stirred until milky white, otherwise the product will not be crisp enough

Coconut protein balls

Coconut protein balls are also a very simple baked food. The ingredients only need to use egg whites, coconut, white sugar, cornstarch, etc. The steps are simple and quick to use. It is a very popular snack!

Oil-free small cakes

Oil-free small cake is also called oil-free and water-free small cake. It is a dessert made of eggs, white sugar and low-gluten flour as the main ingredients. It is sweet and delicious, and low-fat and low-oil are healthier. It has fewer ingredients, relatively simple production steps, and low-fat and healthier, which is very suitable for making at home.
