EAST LANSING, Mich. — BIGGBY® COFFEE, the fast-growing coffee franchise with over 430 locations, is celebrating its 30th anniversary with a major brand refresh — the most significant update since the company was founded in 1995.
The refresh includes a new visual identity, updated in-store signage, and a brand-new tagline: “BIGGBY® Makes it Better.” The changes aim to highlight the company’s core values and strengthen its people-first mission as it continues to grow.
“Our 30th birthday felt like the perfect springboard for the next chapter,” said Chief Marketing Officer Rita Bettino. “This was our chance to reconnect with our roots and stand out in a crowded industry. BIGGBY® has always been about creating positive energy, and now that shows more clearly in everything we do.”
The updated look is designed to unify the brand across all locations and platforms. The messaging focuses on BIGGBY®’s commitment to meaningful customer experiences, crafted beverages, and strong community ties.
“Now more than ever, people need connection and encouragement,” Bettino said. “We want guests to know that BIGGBY® COFFEE offers more than great drinks — we offer a place where they feel appreciated and recharged.”
The refresh also highlights BIGGBY®’s emphasis on farm-direct coffee sourcing, sustainable practices, and a franchising model that supports local ownership and community involvement.
“This is about clarity and consistency,” said President Erin Kaylor. “We’re giving our franchisees the tools they need to express our values and serve their communities with heart.”
Co-founder and co-CEO Mike McFall added that the refresh is about evolution, not reinvention. “BIGGBY® has always stood for optimism and connection,” he said. “This update reflects those same beliefs — just in a bigger, bolder way.”
Since opening its first store in East Lansing, Michigan, BIGGBY® COFFEE has expanded to 13 states. In 2025 alone, it has already opened 17 new locations, with over 35 more planned before year’s end. The company aims to reach $1 billion in brand value by 2028.
As BIGGBY® looks to the future, its leadership says the focus remains on what made the brand successful: great coffee, great people, and a positive outlook.
