10 Foods to Avoid with High Blood Pressure

Making peach cobbler is a delightful experience that can be enjoyed year-round. In this comprehensive guide, we’ll walk you through the essential ingredients and steps needed to create a mouthwatering peach cobbler that will have your taste buds dancing with joy.

Ingredients for Peach Cobbler

Fresh Ripe Peaches:Approximately 6-8 ripe peaches. Look for ones that are fragrant and slightly soft to the touch.

Granulated Sugar:1 cup of granulated sugar (adjust the amount based on the sweetness of your peaches).

All-Purpose Flour: 1 cup of all-purpose flour.

Baking Powder: 1 teaspoon of baking powder.

Salt: A pinch of salt.

Milk: 1 cup of milk.

Unsalted Butter: 1/2 cup (1 stick) of unsalted butter

Vanilla Extract: 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional, but adds a delightful flavor).

Steps to Make Peach Cobbler:

Step 1: Preheat Your Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). This will ensure your cobbler bakes evenly.

Step 2: Peel and Slice the Peaches

Wash the peaches thoroughly, peel them, and then slice them into wedges. Remove the pits.

Step 3: Combine Peaches and Sugar

In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced peaches with 1/2 cup of granulated sugar. Toss them together gently and set aside for about 10 minutes. This allows the peaches to release their juices and create a delicious syrup.

Step 4: Prepare the Batter

In another mixing bowl, whisk together the remaining 1/2 cup of sugar, 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, a pinch of salt, and 1 cup of milk. If you’d like, add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract for extra flavor.

Step 5: Melt the Butter

Place the stick of unsalted butter in a baking dish and melt it in the preheated oven. Make sure to keep an eye on it so it doesn’t burn.

Step 6: Assemble the Cobbler

Once the butter is melted, pour the batter over it. Do not stir.

Step 7: Add the Peaches

Carefully spoon the peach mixture evenly over the batter. Again, do not stir. The batter will rise around the peaches as it bakes, creating a delicious crust.

Step 8: Bake and Enjoy

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 45-55 minutes or until the cobbler is golden brown and bubbling. The crust will rise and envelop the peaches, creating a delectable contrast of textures.

Step 9: Serve Warm

Peach cobbler is best enjoyed warm. Let it cool slightly before serving. You can top it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream for an extra treat.

The second way to make crispy peach pie:

Materials:

  • 2 pieces of hand cakes
  • Peach filling
  • Peaches 750g
  • 50g granulated sugar
  • Honey 2 spoons
  • 1 egg yolk (to brush the surface of the pie)
  • A little black sesame seeds

How to do it:

Wash the peaches with a little salt and water, cut into small pieces, put the peaches in a pot, add 50g of white sugar, marinate for 30 minutes, and marinate the soup.

Put the pot on high heat and boil for about 20 minutes, and the soup will thicken, add 2 tablespoons of honey, continue to cook until the soup is thick, turn off the heat, put it into a bowl and let it cool.

Divide the crust into four evenly, and top each with an appropriate amount of peach filling. Fold the crust over and press the edges with a fork.

Brush the surface with egg wash, sprinkle a little black sesame seeds, put the air fryer basket into the air fryer, and bake it at 185 degrees for 13 minutes until it is golden brown and the house is full of the aroma of peaches.

Conclusion

In conclusion, making peach cobbler is a delightful and rewarding culinary experience that anyone can master. With fresh peaches and a few basic ingredients, you can create a mouthwatering dessert that’s perfect for any occasion. Follow these simple steps, and you’ll be savoring the sweet taste of homemade peach cobbler in no time.
