  • Pork slices or pork shreds: 100 grams (about 3.5 ounces)
  • Garlic: 3 cloves, sliced

  • Chicken broth or vegetable broth: 1 liter (about 4 cups)
  • Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
  • Chicken powder or MSG (optional, for flavor enhancement): 1 teaspoon
  • White pepper: a pinch
  • Salt: to taste
  • Cooking oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Green onions or coriander: for garnish (optional)

Before starting, ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly prepared:

Spinach: Wash the spinach thoroughly under running water to remove any dirt or sand. Drain well and set aside.

Pork: Slice the pork thinly or shred it if you prefer. Marinate with a little soy sauce, chicken powder, and white pepper for about 15 minutes to enhance flavor.

Garlic: Peel and slice the garlic cloves.

Eggs: Beat the eggs lightly in a bowl if you plan to add them to the soup.

Cooking Steps
