HAMBURG, N.Y. — Lime House Sushi and Ramen is rolling out a major update to its menu with a new “Build Your Own Ramen” concept. This change allows customers to personalize their meals by choosing their own ingredients.
“We wanted to try something different,” said founder Thanda Win. “The build-your-own concept has become popular with other restaurants nearby. We’re keeping the same fresh ingredients and made-to-order quality that Lime House is known for.”
Under the new menu, diners start by selecting a broth. They can then choose a protein and finish by adding a variety of toppings, creating a fully customized ramen bowl.
“We hope this new approach will attract more customers and add a fun, interactive element to the Lime House dining experience,” said Thanda.
Lime House remains open for dine-in, takeout, and delivery. The restaurant is located at 5 Lake St., Hamburg, NY 14075. Orders can also be placed online or by calling 716-293-3033. The business is currently open to franchise opportunities.
