San Jose, CA — Nick the Greek, a fast-growing Greek street food chain based in Northern California, has launched a new limited-time dessert: Pistachio Cream “Dubai Chocolate” Frozen Greek Yogurt. The new item is now available at all locations nationwide and highlights the brand’s commitment to culinary creativity and global flavor trends.
This indulgent offering expands Nick the Greek’s popular frozen Greek yogurt lineup. The dessert blends tangy plain Greek yogurt with rich pistachio butter, crunchy kataifi pastry, a crisp chocolate shell, and a drizzle of smooth pistachio cream. Inspired by Middle Eastern dessert culture, the froyo mirrors the viral “Dubai Chocolate” trend known for its luxurious textures and bold flavors.
“This new flavor builds on the popularity of our frozen Greek yogurt line,” said Komiel Mohsen, Chief Operating Officer of Nick the Greek. “We’re focused on innovation and delivering experiences that are flavorful, high quality, and culturally relevant.”
Founded in 2014 by cousins “Big Nick,” “Little Nick,” and “Baby Nick” Tsigaris, the brand draws on family heritage and deep culinary roots. The restaurant’s menu features authentic Greek street food, including hand-stacked gyro meats, charbroiled souvlaki, and traditional sweets like baklava and loukoumades.
In recent years, Nick the Greek has nearly doubled its store count, opening new locations across seven states: California, Nevada, Arizona, Texas, Kansas, Missouri, and Utah. By targeting high-traffic metro areas, the brand has built a strong and loyal customer base.
With expansion continuing, Nick the Greek is actively seeking new franchise partners to grow its fast casual presence nationwide.
