Kim and Dan Cannon have embarked on a new business venture with their food truck, KC Delights, which opened in mid-July. The food truck specializes in offering fresh-baked desserts and treats to satisfy sweet cravings.
KC Delights offers a delectable range of items, including desserts, frozen hot chocolate (or hot chocolate depending on the season), cookies, brownies, and parfaits. While Kim runs the business, her husband Dan also plays an active role in its operations.
Securing prime locations to park their food truck and participating in local events are among their strategies to reach customers. Although they currently don’t offer catering services, they are open to exploring catering options in the future.
The Galion-Crestline Area Chamber of Commerce (GCACC) celebrated the arrival of KC Delights with a ribbon-cutting ceremony during a local event. The community has embraced the food truck, and Kim Cannon is eager to continue learning about the business and expanding her menu.
