Jimmy John’s is adding a sweet and citrusy twist to its summer menu with the launch of a new limited-time dessert: the Lemon Sunshine Cookie.
Available starting today at locations nationwide, the Lemon Sunshine Cookie combines bright lemon flavor with smooth white chocolate chips. The sandwich chain describes the cookie as soft, chewy, and delivering “just the right balance of citrus and sweetness” in every bite.
“Summer is all about fresh flavors and fun moments, and our Lemon Sunshine Cookie delivers on both,” said Kate Carpenter, Vice President of Marketing at Jimmy John’s, in a statement. “It’s bold, bright, and perfectly captures the sunny spirit of the season.”
The new dessert follows a string of menu innovations from Jimmy John’s. Last year, the brand introduced the Picklewich, a breadless sandwich wrapped in a jumbo pickle. Earlier this year, it rolled out three toasted sandwiches along with a Toasted Hot Combo meal deal.
The Lemon Sunshine Cookie has already generated buzz online. One Reddit user shared an image of the treat, sparking excitement among fans. “I’m pretty hyped for this myself,” one commenter wrote. Another praised the cheerful packaging, noting the clever lemon-and-sun design.
The cookie is available for a limited time only, so customers are encouraged to try it while it lasts. Whether paired with a sandwich or enjoyed on its own, the Lemon Sunshine Cookie offers a bright new way to enjoy a taste of summer.
