Chili’s is ringing in the new month with a fresh twist on its popular Margarita of the Month series. For June, the restaurant chain is offering the all-new Summer Spritz, a light, bubbly cocktail that taps into one of the season’s hottest drink trends.
Available for just $6, the Summer Spritz is made with el Jimador Silver Tequila, housemade sour, Cointreau, Monin Blackberry, and a splash of soda water. The drink follows May’s Radical ‘Rita, a 90s-inspired margarita that drew rave reviews from customers.
“The Radical Rita was sooooo good!” one fan commented on a Chili’s Instagram post. Another added, “I just got me a Radical Rita over the weekend—it was yummy.”
While the Summer Spritz has a tough act to follow, it brings a crisp, refreshing flavor profile perfect for warm weather.
Chili’s is also adding to its food lineup with the release of The Big QP. The quarter-pound burger features two slices of American cheese, diced red onions, pickles, ketchup, and mustard. It comes with a side of French fries, making it a hearty meal pairing for the new cocktail.
The Summer Spritz is only available through the end of June, so fans looking to try the seasonal sip will want to visit their local Chili’s soon.
