Olive Garden is turning up the heat this summer with the launch of several new menu items, headlined by a bold Spicy Three-Meat Sauce and the introduction of a new pasta shape for the first time in nearly seven years.
Beginning this week, guests can enjoy the new Spicy Three-Meat Sauce as part of the restaurant’s popular “Create Your Own Pasta” menu. Made fresh daily, the sauce features a robust blend of chili flakes, cherry and red bell peppers, pepperoni, red wine, garlic, herbs, and Olive Garden’s signature meat sauce—crafted to deliver the perfect balance of heat and flavor.
Joining the sauce is the chain’s latest pasta addition: Bucatini, a thick, spaghetti-like noodle with a hollow center that absorbs sauce from the inside. The new shape offers a unique texture and flavor experience that pairs especially well with heartier sauces.
The “Create Your Own Pasta” offering, starting at $12.99, includes a choice of pasta—now including Bucatini, Rigatoni, Angel Hair, Spaghetti, and Gluten-Free Rotini—and a range of sauces, such as the new Spicy Three-Meat, Marinara, Meat Sauce, Five Cheese Marinara, and Creamy Mushroom. Diners can also add toppings for an extra charge, including meatballs, Italian sausage, crispy or grilled chicken, sautéed shrimp, and broccoli.
All meals come with Olive Garden’s well-known never-ending breadsticks and unlimited soup or salad.
Later this summer, starting July 7, Olive Garden will expand its offerings with the Calabrian Steak and Shrimp Bucatini. The dish features grilled sirloin tips and shrimp tossed in a spicy Calabrian cream sauce with bucatini, spinach, and tomatoes.
These seasonal items, including the new Spicy Three-Meat Sauce and Bucatini pasta, will be available through August 25 for dine-in, takeout, or delivery via OliveGarden.com or the Olive Garden app. As an added promotion, Olive Garden is offering free delivery for the first one million customers who use the code OGDELIVERS at checkout.
With these bold new flavors, Olive Garden is giving guests a fiery reason to celebrate the season.
