McDonald’s is preparing to launch a new McFlurry flavor just in time for summer, and early reactions suggest it may be a hit.
Food blogger Snackolator recently previewed the upcoming S’mores McFlurry on Instagram, sharing an image and teasing its release. Although details were initially limited, McDonald’s has now confirmed that the dessert will be available at participating U.S. locations starting around June 10.
According to the official description shared with Parade on June 5, the S’mores McFlurry features McDonald’s signature vanilla soft serve blended with Hershey’s Milk Chocolate pieces, mini marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers—ingredients inspired by the classic campfire treat.
Snackolator later posted a video review, praising the new flavor. “McDonald’s did something with this new Hershey’s S’mores McFlurry and I’m going to need to get this one again,” they said. “The graham crackers blend so well with the vanilla soft serve, Hershey chocolate bits, and mini marshmallows.”
Other social media users have chimed in with excitement. One person commented, “Tried it in Canada. It was great.” Another wrote, “I NEED IT!!” A third joked, “I’ll try it—if the ice cream machine works.”
The launch adds a sweet twist to McDonald’s seasonal offerings and will likely keep fans satisfied as they await the return of the popular Snack Wraps.
