Delta Air Lines is bringing one of America’s most beloved burger joints to the skies. Starting June 3, first-class passengers on select Delta flights can pre-order Shake Shack meals as part of their in-flight dining experience.
The exclusive offering includes a signature Shake Shack cheeseburger made with 100% Angus beef, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, and the brand’s famous ShackSauce, all served on a toasted potato bun. The meal also features crinkle-cut potato chips, a Caesar salad, and a dark chocolate brownie for dessert.
The new menu option is available on flights over 900 miles departing from several major airports, including:
- Miami International Airport
- John F. Kennedy International Airport (New York City)
- Harry Reid International Airport (Las Vegas)
- Orlando International Airport
- Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport
- San Francisco International Airport
- Salt Lake City International Airport
Delta has also confirmed that Detroit Metro Airport will join the “Shack in the Air” program in July 2025.
Michael Kark, President of Global Licensing at Shake Shack, said the continued partnership with Delta highlights a shared focus on quality and hospitality. “Our partnership with Delta has been a truly fantastic way to bring Shake Shack to even more guests in a setting where hospitality truly matters – while traveling,” he said in a statement.
To enjoy the meal, eligible first-class passengers must pre-order at least 24 hours before their flight. The option is not available to customers with same-day upgrades or last-minute flight changes.
