Cooper’s Hawk, the popular winery and restaurant chain known for its wine club, is now offering a new wine cocktail that’s quickly gaining attention. While many members join for the wine, the chain also boasts a strong cocktail menu. Their latest creation combines both worlds in a refreshing summer drink they call “your new summer crush.”
The cocktail features a fizzy, citrusy mix of agave wine, grapefruit, lime, and juicy watermelon. According to Cooper’s Hawk, it’s the ideal drink for sunny days and relaxing on the patio. Fans eagerly responded to the announcement on Instagram, sharing their excitement.
One fan wrote, “I’ll be there tomorrow! I know this gonna go fast like Strawberry Rhubarb.” Others echoed the enthusiasm with comments like, “I need to run there now,” and “Can not wait to try this!”
When a fan asked if the cocktail could be included with their monthly wine club shipment, Emily Wines, Cooper’s Hawk’s Master Sommelier and vice president, replied, “yeah you can!! But pick it up asap – it is very limited.”
Some fans expressed hope that the drink would be available year-round. One commented, “This should be year round,” while another shared, “It’s sooooooooo good!! I picked up three bottles today.” Another fan admitted, “I didn’t share sorry not sorry this was very delicious.”
