KFC is bringing back its popular “Fill Ups” meals and launching a new, exclusive Mountain Dew flavor as part of a summer promotion tied to the upcoming F1® The Movie.
Starting Monday, June 9, KFC customers nationwide can try the new Mountain Dew Sweet Lightning Peaches & Cream, a peach and honey-flavored soda created exclusively for KFC. For fans looking to take it a step further, the drink can be upgraded with a vanilla cream swirl—described by KFC as a “dirty soda-style” twist.
The new drink is part of a broader partnership between KFC and F1® The Movie, which debuts Friday, June 27. To celebrate the collaboration, KFC is also relaunching its $7 Fill Ups menu with four combo options, each designed to offer both value and variety.
Here’s what’s included in the Fill Ups lineup (prices may vary by location):
Three-Piece Tenders Fill Up: Three Original Recipe® Tenders with dipping sauce, mashed potatoes with gravy, a biscuit, two pie poppers, and a medium drink.
One-Piece Fried Chicken Fill Up: One fried chicken breast (Original Recipe® or Extra Crispy™), mashed potatoes with gravy, a biscuit, two pie poppers, and a medium drink.
Two-Piece Fried Chicken Fill Up: One drumstick and one thigh (Original Recipe® or Extra Crispy™), mashed potatoes with gravy, a biscuit, two pie poppers, and a medium drink.
Famous Bowl Fill Up: A classic KFC Famous Bowl served with two pie poppers and a medium drink.
“It’s a really big deal that we’re bringing back our Fill Ups—with four varieties of finger lickin’ good meals that genuinely fill you up, for only $7,” said Catherine Tan-Gillespie, President of KFC U.S., in a June 5 statement. “It’s box meals meets box office in our Kentucky Fried Collab with F1® The Movie, so you can turn hunger for chicken into a victory lap this summer.”
While the Fill Ups are available now, the new Mountain Dew Sweet Lightning Peaches & Cream will hit drink stations on June 9. Meanwhile, Mountain Dew fans have even more to look forward to this summer, with several new limited-edition flavors rolling out. These include a Slurpee version, a viral new flavor exclusive to Little Caesars, a tropical twist on Baja Blast, and a tangy collaboration with Papa John’s.
