Chick-fil-A fans still buzzing over the return of the Peach Milkshake have more to look forward to this summer. The fast-food chain is currently testing two new chicken sandwiches in select cities.
The two new sandwiches are the Jalapeño Ranch Club Chicken Sandwich and the Creamy BBQ Chicken Sandwich.
The Jalapeño Ranch Club Chicken Sandwich features a toasted buttermilk ranch bun, pepper jack cheese, caramelized onions, flavored candied bacon, lettuce, tomato, and pickled jalapeños. It can be paired with Jalapeño Ranch Sauce for an extra spicy kick.
For those who prefer a balance of sweet and savory, the Creamy BBQ Chicken Sandwich is served on a toasted buttery bun with creamy BBQ slaw and sweet heat pickle chips. The sandwich is recommended with creamy BBQ sauce.
These sandwiches are currently in a limited test phase. The Jalapeño Ranch Club Chicken Sandwich is available only in Salt Lake City, Utah. The Creamy BBQ Chicken Sandwich can be found exclusively in Jacksonville, Florida. Both will be offered until July 19.
Chick-fil-A fans can take heart that past test items, like the Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich, have gone on to nationwide release. So there is hope these new flavors may expand beyond their test markets.
